By completing a booking , the guest agrees to the following terms :
✅ 1. Booking & Payment

The reservation is confirmed only after a deposit payment (or full amount, where applicable).

The guest will receive an automated email with payment details (bank transfer or other method) and has 24 hours to complete the payment.

If payment is not completed within the time frame, the booking will be automatically canceled.
✅ 2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and refund of advance payment up to 90 days before arrival.

If canceled less than 90 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
✅ 3. Check-in – Check-out

Check-in: from 13:00 to 21:00

Check-out: until 11:00 in the morning

If you wish to arrive or leave at a different time, please contact us in advance.
✅ 4. Number of Guests

The booking is valid only for the number of guests stated during the reservation (6 people in total adults and children).

Hosting extra guests without prior notice and approval is not allowed.

In case of violation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
✅ 5. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

No parties or events are allowed without prior agreement.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the property, the space, and the neighbors.
✅ 6. Damages & Charges

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

In case of serious damage, compensation will be claimed.
✅ 7. Personal Data

The personal data you provide will be used exclusively for communication and booking purposes.

Your data will not be shared with third parties.
